We would like to take this time to update all of you on Piercing King’s response to the Covid-19 pandemic. As a home based, small business in Canada, we will continue to operate our online store, and ship out orders. All of our orders are sent out via Canada Post, and we will continue to use them; however we ask that you be patient as delivery times may increase. Canada Post has released many updates to their service in the past 10 days including: We have suspended normal delivery guarantees for our parcel service. Delivering safely without overburdening our people in these extraordinary circumstances may take a little more time.
As long as I have supplies, I will include an antiseptic alcohol wipe with each purchase. We would like to stress upon everybody the importance of washing your hands, and cleaning any jewellery you are changing. You can wash all of our piercing jewellery with hand soap and water.
Many of our suppliers are currrently closed due to Covid-19 and as such we are unable to fulfill any requests for special orders at this time. We will continue to update the Piercing King website often so you will know which products are available.
The next 3 trade shows in our schedule this year have been cancelled or postponed. Vancouver and Saskatoon – we look forward seeing you in 2021. Calgary Expo is hoping to reschedule for summer 2020. I will update the Piercing King website with any new information as soon as it is available.
