Shipping Policy
At Piercing King, we ship orders the same day you place your order, as long as you order before 1pm on business days. We offer a variety of shipping options through multiple carriers to get your order to you as quickly and affordably as possible. Rates and delivery times vary by region.
Canada
Orders shipping within Canada are fulfilled through the following carriers:
- Canada Post
- Purolator
- UPS
- Free Shipping – On orders over $300 CAD
United States
Orders shipping to the United States are fulfilled through:
- Canada Post Ground – Flat rate $10 USD
- Canada Post Express – Flat rate $20 USD
- UPS – Carrier-calculated rates at checkout
- Free Shipping – On orders over $300
🌍 International
For orders outside Canada and the United States, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Curbside Pickup
Local pickup is available at our NW Calgary location. Select Curbside Pickup at checkout and we'll notify you when your order is ready.
Processing Times
Orders are typically processed the same day you order. Delivery times begin once your order has been shipped and a tracking number has been issued.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking information. You can track your shipment directly through the carrier's website.
