Shipping Info for USA

Shipping to the US has been constantly changing over the last few months. We will use this page to update you as much as we can. We will update every time there are new policies or procedures. This is evolving every week, and this is the latest information that we have.
Now that the De-Minimus exemption has been cancelled, every shipment to the United States will have duties, tariffs, and fees applied to it.
We use UPS or Canada Post to ship all orders to the United States. You can choose which one works best for you. There are differences in how each company charges those taxes and fees. Here is an outline for you, so you know what to expect:
---------------------------------------------
UPS - We ship the parcel like we always have. UPS will charge you for your duties, taxes and fees before they deliver the parcel to you. UPS charges a fee to broker the package across the border. That fee will be between $35 and $100, plus any duty. UPS will charge you for that fee.
---------------------------------------------
Canada Post / USPS - We have to pre-pay all taxes and fees before we can ship the package. The fee to broker the package is much lower ($2 plus 10% of duties). A small order could be as low as $9 to cross the border. We will calculate those fees, pre-pay them to Canada Post, and then send you an invoice for the fees before we ship the package.
