Saferly Internal Steam Indicators are a great way to show your customers your items are truly sterilized.
Process indicators are the coloured arrows, dots, etc., on the outside of sterile packaging. They simply indicate that the item has gone through the process and is not considered actual proof of sterilization. For example, most autoclaves used by operators in shop, are heat and steam under pressure (as opposed to EO gas). Since these indicators react to the steam, the packaging for autoclaves would change colour if you just held them over a kettle. Obviously that would not be considered sterilization.
By Using an internal indicator, you further show your customers that the item was actually placed inside an autoclave and was sterilized.

- Tear off indicator strip and place in pouch with item.
- Follow autoclave instructions.
- When the arrow changes from blue to black, the item is sterilized.

💲 Why do the prices say $1000 for some items?
Our new website lists the Retail price as the regular price. If you are logged in as a Wholesale customer, the Wholesale price is shown as a sale price.
The items that we only sell to our Wholesale customers (needles, tools, etc) have a Retail price of $1000 to discourage people who do not have a verified Wholesale account from adding them to cart.

📍 Do you have a physical store?
No, we are online only. We do not do any piercing.
We do not have a shop where you can come in and browse. However, if you want your order same-day, you can place the order online, and pick up at our NW Calgary office.
⭐ What materials are the jewellery made of?
We use Titanium 6AL-4VELI ASTM F-136, 14 karat gold, 316L surgical steel, Bioflex, buffalo horn, wood, acrylic and more.

✔️ Can I special order items to be sterilized?
Absolutely, we can sterilize special items for you 😊 Sterilization costs $1.00 per piece, and takes about a week to get back from our sterilization contractor.
On the checkout page, write us a note and tell us exactly which items you'd like sterilized, and we'd be happy to do that for you. We will send you an invoice for the sterilization cost after we have received your order.
📏 What do your sizing numbers mean?
Our sizing is expressed like this: 14 Gauge X 10mm X 4mm
The first number is the gauge (or thickness of the jewellery).
The second number is the length of the barbell, or diameter of the hoop.
The third number is the size of the ball.

🚚 How do you ship orders?
All orders placed before 1pm Mountain Time will be filled and shipped the same business day. Orders are shipped with Canada Post, Purolator, or UPS, you can choose your shipping option at checkout.
Every package will have a tracking number and insurance.
🏪 Do you sell wholesale to shops?
YES!!!

🛍️ Do you sell to the general public?
Yes, anyone can order jewellery on our website.
There are some items such as pre-sterilized jewellery and most tools that we only sell to our wholesale customers. But, the general public can order 95% of the items on our website.
