Other than their obvious appearance, the difference between nose screws, L-bends and nose bones mainly comes down to how they stay in place.
⭐ Nose Bones: A nose bone has a small ball on the end of the post that holds it inside the nostril. They are the simplest to insert and remove, but can also fall out or get pulled out with a towel.
⭐ Screws: These take some practice to insert properly, but once it's in it is extremely secure. It's very hard to accidentally knock out.
⭐ L-Bends: Easier to insert than a screw, and more secure than a bone. The best of both worlds.
